Sugandha Sahay lends years of expertise to her work with Amazon Web Services

Driven to remain abreast of changes in the field, Ms. Sahay is a founding member of Tech Ladies and is affiliated with Women in Product in Boston. In light of her professional accomplishments, she has been honored many times, earning the On the Spot Award and Star Performer Awards from TCS-Apple Relationship, as well as a Synergy Award and a Service and Commitment Award from Tata Consultancy Services. More recently, Ms. Sahay won a Maverick of the Year for Automation and Robotics from the Stevie International Business Award and the Technical Professional of the Year Award from the Stevie American Business Awards.

While her career has been filled with highlights, Ms. Sahay takes the most pride in mentoring numerous students and early career professionals in the technology industry. The cornerstone of her success lies in confronting challenges despite her fears and learning from her mistakes.
